Cyclone Freddy made landfall in central Madagascar with intense winds, coastal flooding, and flooding rain. It will re-strengthen once it gets back over water tomorrow, and then head to Mozambique and make a second landfall. It will impact the central and southern Provinces/Districts of Mozambique. Once it moves inland, it will weaken, but bring some rain to Zimbabwe.
